Job Summary
Perform on-site field commissioning and technical support for instrumentation equipment, ensuring stable operation through troubleshooting, actuator configuration, and DCS communication debugging.
Responsibilities
- Execute on-site field commissioning by setting up, configuring, and adjusting actuators to meet operational requirements
- Diagnose and resolve technical faults efficiently through on-site troubleshooting to minimize downtime
- Debug DCS communication systems and provide relevant technical support on-site to ensure seamless integration
- Deliver professional technical assistance to customers on-site to maintain stable and reliable equipment performance
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or higher in relevant engineering disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of experience in field service or on-site technical support
- Proven hands-on skills in field commissioning, actuator setup, troubleshooting, and DCS communication debugging
