Partner with the best
As a Field Specialist - Upstream Chemicals, you'll be responsible for providing onsite services for chemical applications. You'll maintain chemical application programs and inventory at customers sites. You'll work closely with the customer, following specific procedures to provide ongoing support to assist operations. You are also expected to be responsible for including but not limited to the following points.
As a Field Specialist - Upstream Chemicals, you will be responsible for:
. Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Core Values.
. Providing onsite services by measuring, testing and supervising the running of chemical applications, including technical analysis, product selection upon request.
. Account management for existing customer including maintaining chemical application and inventory management, laboratory data review, coordinating chemical deliveries to customer sites.
. Manage laboratory equipment for assigned onshore facility or offshore facility under assigned territories.
. Provide technical support with adhoc site visit onshore/offshore at customer facilities for both upstream and downstream customer.
. Ensuring accurately, timely and professional completion of standard service reports and other requirements
. Other task assigned by people leader or supervisor
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
. Have a Bachelor Chemical or Petrochemistry background, demonstrate solid, related oil field experience
. Have extensive experience in production chemicals application, laboratory analysis, or chemical services
. Have good product line knowledge in addition to meeting the competency requirements for Oilfield & Industrial Chemicals
. Have experience in account management
. Be a good team player and display good communication skills
. Have good functional/technical expertise with customer focus mindset
. Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
