Finance & Accounting Manager | Manufacturing | US GAAP

We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounting Manager to join a leading multinational manufacturing organization and take ownership of financial reporting, internal controls, compliance, and business performance.

Location: Thailand

Environment: Multinational / Regional & Global Reporting

Key Responsibilities

• Lead US GAAP and Thailand financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual closing and reporting.
• Work closely with Finance teams in China and the US on group reporting and financial analysis.
• Establish and maintain strong internal controls, policies, and processes in line with corporate standards.
• Identify business and operational risks and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
• Provide financial analysis and commercial insights to support management decision-making.
• Lead and develop the Finance & Accounting team through coaching, performance management, and capability development.
• Oversee audit, tax, customs, treasury, and statutory compliance.
• Drive the budgeting and forecasting process across the organization.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability, cost efficiency, and financial performance.
• Support management with profitability analysis, strategic projects, ad-hoc reporting, and global initiatives.
• Oversee relevant financial information systems and ERP processes.

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive Finance & Accounting experience, preferably within multinational manufacturing organizations.
• Strong experience in financial management and manufacturing accounting.
• Experience with US GAAP is highly preferred.
• Exposure to controlling, business planning, consulting, and financial analysis.
• Strong ERP and systems experience with excellent numerical and analytical capabilities.
• Confident communicator who can work effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management and regional/global Controllers.
• Proactive, independent, commercially minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
