Reporting to: CFO

Location: Pakkred,Nonthaburi

Company: Construction / Engineering – Public Listed Company (SET)

Salary: THB 75,000–90,000/month

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the full scope of Accounting & Finance functions.
Manage monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting in accordance with TFRS.
Oversee Percentage of Completion (PoC) / TFRS 15 revenue recognition and construction project accounting.
Manage cash flow, liquidity, budgeting and project cost control.
Ensure compliance with SEC, SET, DBD and tax regulations.
Coordinate with external auditor / audit firms and support audit processes.
Oversee internal controls, financial risk management and governance.
Lead and develop the Accounting & Finance team and improve ERP/accounting systems.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields.
Registered Accountant with DBD – mandatory.
8–12 years of overall Accounting & Finance experience.
At least 3–5 years experience in a Public Listed / SET company.
At least 3–5 years experience in Construction / Engineering business, preferably with PoC revenue recognition / construction project accounting.
Strong knowledge of TFRS, especially TFRS 15.
Good understanding of SEC / SET reporting requirements.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics.
Strong Excel and financial analysis skills.
Good knowledge of CIT, VAT and WHT.
CPA or Big 4 / reputable audit firm experience is a plus.
Good English communication and financial reporting skills.
Strong leadership and ability to communicate with CFO / MD / Board / Audit Committee.
Target Candidate Profile: Accounting & Finance Manager / Financial Controller / Senior Accounting Manager from a SET-listed construction or engineering company, with strong experience in TFRS 15, PoC, project cost accounting, financial reporting and statutory compliance.
