Job Description
- Mainresponsibilityis tomanage end-to-end Accounts Payable processes, including vendor payments and employee expense claims, ensuring compliance with company expense policies and internal controls.
- Provide guidance and advice on payment processes to relevant stakeholders.
- Support and advise employees across Asia, Australia, and New Zealand on proper expense claim and payment procedures.
- Prepare and post journal vouchers accurately and ona timelybasis.
- Generate meaningful financial reports with strong analytical insights to support management and business decision-making.
- Provide support for other accounting-related activities asrequired, including bank reconciliation, accounts receivable, and other ad-hoc accounting tasks.
- Effectively manage workload and ensuretimelydelivery of tasksin accordance withdeadlines and service level expectations.
What Will Bring You To The Team
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, ora relateddiscipline, with relevant experience in a business or finance environment.
- 0-3 years experience in Account Payable and any other accounting filed.
- Proficiencyin Microsoft Excel and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems.
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail witha high levelof accuracy and patience in handling transactional work.
- Flexible, adaptable, anddemonstratesa positive attitude toward problem-solving, with the ability to work effectively as a team player.
- Comfortable working across different time zones in a regional or global environment.
- Willingness and ability to learn new systemsimplementation, and to adapt to evolving policies, procedures, and business practices.
