Location: Amata Plant

Mission

The Finance & Accounting Manager is responsible for managing, supervising, and controlling the

company's financial and accounting operations to ensure compliance with accounting standards,

financial reporting standards, legal requirements, and company/Marelli policies and procedures.

The role also provides management consultation on tax planning, BOI tax privilege management,

and coordinates financial transactions with banks, government authorities, and external auditors.

Expected Performance

Strong finance background with accounting experience, preferably gained within the

automotive parts industry and a global/multinational company environment.

Work procedures and transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Timely and accurate month-end closing.

Timely and accurate financial reporting.

Effective management of tax privileges.

Achievement of cost management targets.

Maintenance of financial liquidity.

Effective inventory cost management.

Main Responsibilities

Analyze and prepare financial status reports and budget utilization summaries for presentation to senior management.

Review financial and accounting documents before approval, including payments, accounting entries, asset disposals, and other transactions.

Supervise and ensure that accounting and finance operations comply with accounting standards, financial reporting standards, legal requirements, and company policies and procedures.

Manage the company's cash flow and financial liquidity.

Review accounting and financial reports before submission to external auditors and

Calculate, analyze, and execute tax privilege applications in line with investment plans relevant authorities and/or new machinery acquisitions.

Develop annual tax planning strategies and present tax proposals to senior management.

Act as the company representative in dealings with external auditors and government agencies such as the Revenue Department, Customs Department, and BOI.

Report to and advise senior management on the impacts of changes in government policies, laws, regulations, accounting standards, taxation, and tax privileges.

Monthly Responsibilities

Supervise, monitor, and provide guidance to the Accounting & Finance team.

Review financial and accounting documents before approval.

Perform monthly closing activities.

Prepare And Review

  • Balance Sheet (BS)
  • Profit & Loss Statement (P&L)

Conduct financial analysis and validate financial forecasts.

Prepare And/or Review Financial Reports For

  • GTS THA RPR
  • MC-SCAL
  • Flash Reports
  • Regional Controller (Thermal & Exhaust)

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.

Minimum 810 years of experience as a Finance & Accounting Manager.

Experience in an automotive parts manufacturing environment will be a strong advantage.

Good command of English (TOEIC 700 or above).

Japanese language proficiency will be an advantage.

Required Knowledge

Extensive experience in general accounting within a manufacturing environment.

Knowledge of Thailand Accounting Standards (TAS).

Knowledge of accounting and tax laws.

Proficiency in accounting software applications.

Understanding of manufacturing processes, products, and Bill of Materials (BOM).

Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 quality management systems.

Knowledge of Marelli Management System (MMS).

Experience with ERP/MRP systems, OneStream System, and Microsoft Dynamics AX.
