Job Description

  • Lead month-end, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Prepare and review management reports, including financial performance, operational results, and cost analysis.
  • Monitor key financial metrics and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
  • Analyse budget versus actual results and recommend corrective actions where required.
  • Develop and strengthen accounting policies, procedures, and internal control frameworks.
  • Oversee treasury operations, cash flow management, working capital, and banking activities.
  • Manage cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning to support ongoing business requirements.
  • Drive the annual budgeting and forecasting process in partnership with business leaders.
  • Oversee statutory financial reporting and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage all corporate tax obligations, including VAT, withholding tax, and corporate income tax filings.
  • Lead BOI compliance activities and maintain oversight of fixed assets and capital expenditure controls.
  • Coordinate external and internal audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
  • Build, mentor, and develop accounting and finance teams while promoting best practices.
  • Partner with operational stakeholders to improve processes, financial performance, and reporting transparency.
  • Support strategic projects, finance system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Thai accounting standards, IFRS, taxation, statutory reporting, and financial controls.
  • Demonstrated experience managing audits, compliance requirements, budgeting, and treasury functions.
  • Strong communication skills in both Thai and English, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
