Job Description
- Lead month-end, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Prepare and review management reports, including financial performance, operational results, and cost analysis.
- Monitor key financial metrics and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
- Analyse budget versus actual results and recommend corrective actions where required.
- Develop and strengthen accounting policies, procedures, and internal control frameworks.
- Oversee treasury operations, cash flow management, working capital, and banking activities.
- Manage cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning to support ongoing business requirements.
- Drive the annual budgeting and forecasting process in partnership with business leaders.
- Oversee statutory financial reporting and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage all corporate tax obligations, including VAT, withholding tax, and corporate income tax filings.
- Lead BOI compliance activities and maintain oversight of fixed assets and capital expenditure controls.
- Coordinate external and internal audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
- Build, mentor, and develop accounting and finance teams while promoting best practices.
- Partner with operational stakeholders to improve processes, financial performance, and reporting transparency.
- Support strategic projects, finance system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities.
- Strong technical knowledge of Thai accounting standards, IFRS, taxation, statutory reporting, and financial controls.
- Demonstrated experience managing audits, compliance requirements, budgeting, and treasury functions.
- Strong communication skills in both Thai and English, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
