Finance Business Partner (FP&A)

Job Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic finance partner to Sales and Operations teams, providing financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Participate in business planning and strategy development from a financial perspective.
• Lead and support annual budgeting and forecasting, including budget preparation, execution tracking, and variance analysis.
• Prepare regular business performance analysis covering revenue, cost, expenses, profitability, and key financial indicators.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability, cost efficiency, and overall business performance.
• Support financial evaluation of new projects and key customers, including investment return, profitability analysis, financial modeling, and risk assessment.
• Work closely with business teams to improve financial processes and strengthen data accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Build financial analysis models and prepare professional management reports.
• Support management with ad-hoc financial analysis and strategic finance projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, Financial Analysis, Management Accounting, or related functions.
• Experience in Manufacturing, HVAC, Technology, or related industries is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Thai accounting standards, tax regulations, and foreign exchange management.
• Strong financial analysis, data analysis, and logical thinking skills.
• Able to independently build financial models and prepare management reports.
• Thai speaker with good working proficiency in English.
• Chinese communication skills are an advantage.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills, business acumen, and ability to work under pressure.
