Job Description
- Act as a strategic finance partner to plant leadership and key stakeholders.
- Support business planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management activities.
- Deliver meaningful financial analysis and insights to support operational decision-making.
- Monitor key financial metrics including revenue, cost of sales, profitability, operating expenses, and margins.
- Lead month-end and year-end financial reporting processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and management reports.
- Maintain compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.
- Manage cash flow planning, working capital performance, and liquidity requirements.
- Establish and strengthen internal controls, risk management processes, and governance frameworks.
- Drive compliance with regulatory and corporate control requirements.
- Partner with tax specialists and external advisors on tax planning, audits, and compliance activities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate across functions to identify business risks and opportunities.
- Lead, coach, and develop finance team members while fostering a high-performance culture.
- Support business transformation and change management initiatives across the site.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or MBA are advantageous.
- Significant finance and accounting experience gained within a multinational manufacturing environment, including leadership responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards, internal controls, compliance, and corporate governance requirements.
- Experience working with ERP systems, financial reporting tools, and business performance management processes.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders, manage cross-functional relationships, and drive business improvements in a complex organisation.
