Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, reporting, and analysis for a fast-paced FMCG business. This role will play a key part in supporting commercial decision-making, driving profitability, and ensuring strong financial governance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
• Provide insightful financial analysis to support business strategies and commercial decisions
• Monitor financial performance vs. budget and identify key variances

2. Business Partnering

• Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Innovation teams to drive revenue growth and cost optimization
• Support pricing strategies, promotion analysis, and product profitability
• Provide financial insights on new product launches and channel performance

3. Financial Reporting & Control

• Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Oversee closing processes and audit requirements

4. Cost Management & Efficiency

• Monitor and control operational costs, including COGS, logistics, and marketing spend
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements

5. Cash Flow & Working Capital Management

• Manage cash flow, inventory levels, and receivables/payables
• Optimize working capital in a high-volume, fast-moving environment

6. Team Leadership

• Lead and develop the finance team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement
• Foster a culture of accountability and business partnership

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Solid of experience in finance, preferably within FMCG or retail industry
• Strong understanding of commercial finance and business partnering
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments
• Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
