You will develop the quality of the Finance function, and provide financial support, advice and expertise to the General Manager and hotel team, to maximize value. As a Finance Manager, you're not just responsible for all accounting and financial requirements for the hotel – you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

  • Financial Controls: Apply best-practice accounting within a strong control framework
  • Reporting: Deliver clear, actionable financial insights
  • Business Support: Provide commercial and financial guidance to operations
  • Technology Use: Improve efficiency through smart IT integration
  • Investment: Drive strong returns on capital projects
  • Planning & Forecasting: Align budgets with strategic goals and accurate forecasts
  • Team Development: Build and grow a capable finance team
  • Cash Management: Safeguard liquidity through tight controls
  • Cost Efficiency: Help optimize operational cost structures

In Addition, This Role Requires The Following Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Proven experience in a managerial operational accounting role
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written) for business communication
  • Skilled in hotel systems: OnQ, Check SCM, SUN, OPERA/OnQ PMS, MICROS, HRLINK
  • Good communication and analytical skills.
