Job Descriptions:
- Lead all finance and accounting functions and maintain financial policies, controls, and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and cash‑flow activities to support management decisions.
- Manage and coordinate the annual budgeting process with department heads to set financial targets.
- Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting for internal stakeholders and external parties (auditors, investors, regulators).
- Review and improve financial processes, guide the accounting team, and collaborate across departments to support business objectives.
