Job Description

Lead the overall finance and accounting function in Thailand.
Ensure accurate financial reporting, controls, and statutory compliance.
Partner with business leaders to support commercial and operational decisions.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and working capital performance.
Oversee tax, treasury, payroll, and external audit activities.
Strengthen governance, risk management, and internal control processes.
Drive inventory control and financial performance improvement initiatives.
Support business growth through financial analysis and investment evaluation.
Collaborate with regional and shared service teams on finance projects.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing finance team.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Finance Manager Should Have

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; professional qualifications are a plus.
8+ years of finance and accounting experience, ideally within multinational organizations.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, tax, treasury, compliance, budgeting, and internal controls.
Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively across functions.
Strong English communication skills; experience with SAP or other ERP systems preferred.
