A leading Retail Fashion Brand is looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join its Finance team as a Finance Manager
Key Responsibilities:
*Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Planning
* Variance Analysis and Business Performance Monitoring
* MIS Reporting and Management Reporting
* Financial Statement Preparation & Finalization
* GST, TDS, Statutory Compliance & Audits
* Working Capital and Cash Flow Management
* Internal Controls, Cost Optimization & Process Improvements
* Partnering with Business and Operations Teams to drive profitability
Requirements:
* Qualified CA with 5–10 years of post-qualification experience
* Experience in Retail, Fashion, Apparel, Lifestyle, or Consumer Brands
* Strong expertise in Budgeting, Forecasting, Variance Analysis, MIS, Financial Reporting, and Compliance
* Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
