Fast-Growing F&B Business | Bangkok (BTS Line)

A rapidly expanding F&B company is looking for a Finance Manager to join its growing leadership team during an exciting phase of business expansion.

This opportunity is suited for a finance professional who combines strong technical accounting capabilities with commercial awareness and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end accounting operations and review transactions prepared by junior team members
• Manage and develop the finance and accounting team
• Drive FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
• Oversee cash flow management and working capital planning
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance
• Partner closely with senior management to support strategic and operational decision-making

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting
• Proven experience managing teams and overseeing accounting operations
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, controls, and cash flow management
• Experience in FP&A and business partnering preferred
• Background from F&B, retail, consumer, or startup environments is highly advantageous
• Hands-on, proactive, and adaptable mindset with strong ownership mentality
• Comfortable working onsite in a fast-moving business environment
