about the job

In this role, you will design and build the financial infrastructure from scratch, establishing internal controls and financial workflows. You will lead the financial planning process, driving annual budgeting, rolling forecasting, and long-term strategic planning to optimize overall financial performance. To support operational needs, you will monitor cash flow projections, manage working capital, and execute foreign currency hedging strategies. Additionally, you will prepare documentation and lead applications for public support, including government grants, tax incentives, and other funding opportunities.

skills and experience required

You should possess a degree in accountancy, finance, or a related discipline, with professional credentials such as CPA or CA preferred. You bring proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role, ideally backed by a Big 4 or mid-tier audit foundation and come with substantial financial management background within a semiconductor, medical devices or industrial setting, along with strong expertise in Oracle. Excellent analytical acumen, leadership capabilities, and internal control expertise are essential for this position.
