Finance Manager
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the full spectrum of finance, taxation, and compliance for our local operations while partnering closely with the Headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
- :Oversee the full spectrum of local financial accounting, taxation, compliance, and financial risk management in accordance with the financial policies
- .Manage the full set of accounts, ensuring accurate and timely recording of revenue, costs, expenses, and financial transactions
- .Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and financial analysis in line with HQ reporting standards
- .Ensure timely and accurate preparation, filing, and payment of all statutory taxes, including corporate income tax, indirect taxes, withholding tax, and annual tax filings
- .Liaise with tax authorities on tax audits, tax reviews, and regulatory enquiries, while minimizing tax risks and ensuring full compliance
- .Partner with business teams to support new store openings, promotional campaigns, franchise operations, and other business initiatives by providing financial feasibility studies and tax compliance advice
- .Act as the key liaison between the local finance team and HQ to ensure alignment with corporate financial policies and reporting requirements
- .Build and maintain strong relationships with local tax authorities, government agencies, financial institutions, and external advisors, while identifying and applying for available tax incentives and government grants
- .Lead, mentor, and develop the local finance team to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement
- .Support process improvement initiatives and strengthen internal controls to enhance financial efficiency and governance

Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related discipline
- e.Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or taxation, including at least 2 years in the F&B, retail, or chain-store industry
- y.Strong knowledge of local accounting standards, tax regulations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting requirement
- s.Hands-on experience managing a full set of accounts and end-to-end tax compliance
- e.Experience in handling tax audits, tax investigations, or regulatory engagements is highly preferred
- d.Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skill
- s.Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skill
- s.High level of integrity, accountability, and execution capability
- y.Prior people management experience is preferred
- d.Candidates with established relationships or experience working with local tax authorities, government agencies, or banking institutions will have an added advantage
