Finance Operation & Commercial Senior Manager

The Finance Operation & Commercial Senior Manager will lead end-to-end finance operations and drive improvements across working capital, customer credit risk, treasury and foreign exchange, commercial pricing, accounting processes, and internal controls. The role will also be responsible for building high-standard APAC financial hub services aligned with global standards, while leading and developing the Finance Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Operations & APAC Finance Hub

• Lead AP, AR, payment, and collection processes, ensuring efficient and reliable service delivery.
• Establish standardized procedures and service performance indicators aligned with global financial hub standards.
• Lead financial activities related to excise tax, including regulatory updates and tax return submissions.

NWC & Customer Credit Risk Management

• Drive Net Working Capital (NWC) improvement by managing cash inflows/outflows with key distributors and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Manage the AR factoring program with banks and Treasury to optimize costs.
• Oversee customer credit control, including credit limit reviews, customer evaluation, KYC, and FI block order release.
• Minimize AR collection risk through appropriate trade insurance coverage.

Treasury & Foreign Exchange Management

• Prepare and analyze cash flow forecasts and FX exposure reports.
• Provide recommendations for effective foreign currency exposure management.
• Work closely with ABF Corporate Treasury and Global Finance on FX hedging in line with corporate guidelines.
• Manage surplus cash investment, cash repatriation, and other cash management activities.

Commercial & Pricing

• Lead the price setup process in collaboration with internal functions and the Internal Trade Department (ITD) to support company pricing targets.

Process Improvement & Team Leadership

• Drive continuous accounting process improvement and internal control effectiveness.
• Supervise, develop, and coach the Finance Operations team.
• Support other finance-related projects and activities assigned by the line manager.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 15+ years of experience in accounting
• Strong experience in accounting, internal control, taxation, and financial reporting
• CPA is preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Commercial mindset with strong leadership, analytical, and process-oriented skills
