Job Description:
- Full review and restructuring of the Finance & Accounting Department
- Cash-flow management and liquidity planning
- Review of receivables, payables, costs, and financial obligations
- Improvement of accounting procedures and internal financial controls
- Negotiations with banks and financial institutions
- Negotiations with customers and suppliers regarding outstanding payments and payment terms
- Coordination with management, auditors, accountants, and legal advisors
- Preparation and implementation of a financial restructuring and turnaround plan
- Regular financial reporting directly to the Managing Director / Owner
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- Relevant experience required
- Able to work independently
- Good command in English and Thai
