We are partnering with a rapidly growing manufacturing company seeking a Finance Supervisor to support its business expansion and financial operations. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with both local and regional management teams in a dynamic international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting and finance operations.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and management reports.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting and tax regulations.
• Support internal control and financial process improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with headquarters and local management teams.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

At least 5 years of accounting and finance experience

Experience in a supervisory position is preferred

Manufacturing industry experience is highly preferred

Experience in Food Ingredients, Food Processing, FMCG, Chemical, or Industrial Manufacturing sectors is an advantage

Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English for business purposes

Familiar with financial reporting, tax compliance, budgeting, and cost accounting

Experience supporting regional or overseas operations is a plus
