Typical responsibilities:
- Perform systematic analysis in diagnostic phase
- Runs future state design workshops with working teams
- Drive implementation of already-defined initiatives, engaging
- Translate design into operational processes + tools
- Run workshops, align stakeholders, and push adoption
- Track progress, resolve roadblocks, and deliver milestones
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Consulting, Project Manager, or any related field
- 3–6 years consulting experience in Finance Transformation with a proven track record in project delivery
- Experience supporting finance, transformation, cost reduction, operational improvement, procurement, supply chain, or manufacturing projects is highly preferred.
- Experience in SAP implementation
- Comfortable working in thecross-functional environments with global teams
- Good understanding of basic finance concepts such as cost center, budget, forecast, variance, savings, accrual, purchase order, invoice, and inventory
- Good command of English
