Position Summary:

Banyano Technology (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting & Finance Specialist to join our growing team in Rayong.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting and finance operations, taxation, financial reporting, and month-end/year-end closing activities. This position will also coordinate with external tax agents, auditors, banks, government authorities, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial operations in compliance with Thai accounting standards and tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting and finance operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and cash flow management.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy and completeness of accounting records.
• Prepare and submit monthly VAT and Withholding Tax (WHT) filings.
• Coordinate with external tax agents regarding PND.51 and PND.50 corporate income tax filings.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Coordinate and support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
• Ensure accounting transactions and financial records comply with Thai Accounting Standards and applicable tax regulations.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks, government authorities, and other external stakeholders.
• Support budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and cost control activities.
• Monitor cash flow and provide relevant financial information to management.
• Maintain accurate and well-organized accounting documentation and records.
• Support management with financial analysis and other accounting and finance matters as required.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in AP, AR, GL, taxation, financial reporting, bank reconciliation, and cash flow management.
• Good understanding of Thai accounting standards and taxation requirements.
• Proven experience in full-cycle accounting operations.
• Experience coordinating with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and government authorities.
• Good command of English or Mandarin Chinese, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis.
• Experience with ERP or accounting software is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multicultural working environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a multinational company or international business environment.
• Experience in the Data Center, Technology, Infrastructure, Engineering, or Construction industry is an advantage.
• Experience working with Chinese-speaking stakeholders or headquarters is an advantage.
