Financial Manager (Costing and Management Accounting) New set up company

Job description:

1. Responsible for month-end cost accounting process, Analysis of material usage variance, labor efficiency variance, manufacturing variance, trace cost by product line, work order and partner with production teams to drive corrective actions.
2. Maintain all cost-related master data in SAP CO module, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the cost flow.
3. Monitor factory spending such as maintenance, utilities, consumables, production scrap losses and track budget VS actual variance.
4. Prepare analysis report of factory product cost, routing, output etc.
5. Reconcile actual Inventory and inventory cycle count.
6. Lead the cost accounting team, guiding daily costing, reconciliation and analysis work.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree major in Accounting, Finance, or related fields. Certified of CPA/CMA or ACCA is preferred.
• Have 10+ years of experience in manufacturing accounting, with a minimum of 3 years in electronics manufacturing industry cost supervisor or manager role.
• Experience in multi-international corporate environment, familiar with electronics manufacturing industry.
• Extremely knowledgeable in manufacturing costing and financial costing data analysis.
• Familiar with cost structure and accounting of the electronics industry, understanding of manufacturing standard costing, actual costing and variance.
• Familiar with ERP Systems; SAP (S4 Hana /CO module), understanding of electronics manufacturing processes with BOMs, routings and factory output.
• Advanced Excel analysis tools and database knowledge.
• Independent, self-motivated and team player, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment, high attention to detail, integrity.
• High leadership capability, stakeholder management, and the ability to influence and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Good command both of Thai and English with excellent communication and team management skills.
