Fixed Income Sales Trader

Responsibilities: We are seeking a skilled and motivated candidate for the role of Financial Institutional Sales within our Fixed Income Department. This position offers the opportunity to gain expertise across a range of fixed income products while actively contributing to the expansion of our client base and the strengthening of institutional relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client and counterparty relationships to drive revenue growth for the Fixed Income Sales & Trading team. Additionally, they will collaborate with the Sales team to identify new opportunities, enhance client engagement, and maximize overall business performance.

Qualification:

•     Bachelor's Degree or higher in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields

•     2-5 years of experience in the fixed income market

•     Established relationships with fixed income investors and market counterparts

•     Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills to effectively engage clients and execute orders.

•     Ability to multitask, perform effectively in fast-moving market conditions, and handle client interactions professionally, regardless of market volatility

•     Well-organized and detail oriented

•     Computer literacy in MS office especially MS Excel and PowerPoint

•     Good command of spoken and written English
