We are seeking a hands-on

Food Manufacturing Supervisor

to oversee our daily production lines. You will lead a team of production workers, ensure all safety and food hygiene regulations are strictly followed, and make sure production targets are met on time without sacrificing quality.

Core Responsibilities

Line Supervision: Oversee daily production floor operations, assign tasks to workers, and ensure the team meets output quotas.
Quality & Food Safety: Enforce compliance with food safety standards and ensure all products meet strict quality guidelines.
Safety Enforcement: Maintain a safe working environment by ensuring staff wear correct PPE and follow machinery safety protocols.
Inventory & Reporting: Track raw material usage, log daily production outputs, and report any machinery malfunctions or delays to management.
Team Training: Train new line workers on operational procedures, safety guidelines, and company policies.
