Fraud Management Specialist (Broadband Business)

Job Description

• Analyze data to identify patterns that indicate fraud with Tableau or Power BI.
• Develop systems and tools for fraud detection.
• Generate reports and recommendations based on analysis results.
• Collaborate with the team to prevent fraud.
• Investigate evidence and take legal action against fraudsters.

Qualification

• Education (Degree / Major): Bachelor or Master in Business Management, Law or a related field.
• Working experience : At Lease 8 years experience in fraud management & business process improvement.
• Expert : Tableau / Power BI / Advance excel
• Proficient in English of listening, speaking and writing
• Leadership: Proven experience in leading, supervising, or managing a team effectively.
• Good at multitasking and good collaborator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
