About the Role

Firstwave Technologies is looking for experienced Freelance IT Recruiters to join our recruitment network on a flexible, commission-based model.

The ideal candidate should have strong IT recruitment experience, excellent candidate sourcing skills, and the ability to understand technical requirements and identify suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified IT professionals based on client requirements.
• Understand technical Job Descriptions and candidate skill requirements.
• Search, screen, and evaluate candidates for relevant positions.
• Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of relevant candidates.
• Coordinate with the Firstwave Technologies team throughout the recruitment process.
• Follow up with candidates and ensure their availability and interest.
• Coordinate interviews and provide regular candidate updates.
• Ensure accurate candidate information and timely submission of profiles.
• Support the recruitment process through candidate submission to successful joining/closure.
• Maintain professional relationships with candidates and the recruitment team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience in IT Recruitment / Technical Recruitment.
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and technical requirements.
• Excellent candidate sourcing and screening skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment platforms.
• Ability to work on multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented.
• Ability to work independently in a remote/freelance environment.
• Existing candidate network will be an added advantage.

Commission Structure

Commission: 7% of the total billing amount

Freelance IT Recruiters will earn 7% commission on the total billing amount generated from successful candidate closures, subject to the applicable company terms and payment realization.

More closures = More earning potential.
