Freelance Recruiter Partner — Part-Time, Commission Only (Bangkok)

Recruva AI is an end-to-end recruitment platform that uses AI to screen and interview candidates — adaptive voice and video interviews with contextual follow-up questions, evaluating technical skills, behavioral fit, and role match. We help companies hire faster by handling the screening layer they don't have in-house.

We're bringing on freelance recruiters to help us sell Recruva to companies that need it. This is a commission-only role, no base salary — a good fit if you already have relationships in Thai recruitment and want flexible, part-time income on top of your existing work.

What you'll do:

↳ Introduce Recruva to companies without an in-house recruiter or that rely on agencies

↳ Build trust with hiring managers and walk them through how the platform works

↳ Manage your own pipeline of conversations and follow-ups

What we're looking for:

↳ Experience in end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, interviewing, or offer management

↳ Comfortable working with AI tools and data-led decision-making

↳ Strong communication and negotiation skills

↳ Organized, able to manage multiple conversations at once

↳ Prior agency or in-house recruiter experience, ideally in tech or high-growth companies

↳ Fluent English; Thai or other languages a plus

↳ Bachelor's in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent experience
