We're Hiring | Sales Manager – Freight Forwarding

Salary: THB 50,000–60,000 per month + allowances

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, commercially driven Sales Manager to develop new business for freight forwarding operations in Thailand. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role suited to a sales professional who enjoys customer engagement, field visits and independently converting prospects into business.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new customers for air freight, ocean freight and other logistics services.
Conduct customer visits, generate leads and develop new business opportunities.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable logistics solutions.
Prepare quotations, negotiate freight rates and commercial terms, and close deals.
Follow up on sales leads and quotations to convert opportunities into business.
Coordinate with Operations, Pricing, airlines, shipping lines and overseas offices.
Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Achieve sales revenue and gross-profit targets.
Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activities.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of sales or business development experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
Good working knowledge of air freight and/or ocean freight.
Proven ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure.
Existing logistics industry contacts and a customer network in Thailand are an advantage.
Strong customer-facing, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in spoken and written Thai and English.
Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic sales reporting.
