Role description:

Following several years of exponential growth, we're at a pivotal point, and we're searching

for a Freight Operations / Freight Operations Supervisor to join our exciting journey and deliver immediate, measurable impact.

We're looking a person to optimize, define, and elevate the experience for our Supply Chain Solution customers. You will be part of CSA local freight execution team base in Thailand and linked with CSA Regional APAC Control Tower, responsible for ensuring seamless, high-performance integration.

Your mission will be to drive operational excellence, turning complex logistics into a competitive advantage, collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional departments, and further champion the CSA brand with customers, suppliers, and partners.

Key tasks & responsibilities:

  • Execute freight operations, mainly focus on Ocean Export FCL.
  • Work closely with our Customer Success Team to ensure operational excellence and address customer related operational needs.
  • Deploy best-practice learnings from other markets to enhance performance in productivity, haulage, customs, and freight management in Thailand.
  • Support review sessions with local parties and agents in Thailand to assess performance and implement improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all operational activities related to your customers shipments.
  • Oversee haulage, customs, and freight processes, maintaining high productivity and service levels.

Requirements:

  • More than 5 years proven experience in freight operations or logistics management.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external teams.
  • Knowledge of best practices in freight, haulage, and customs operations, applicable to high-volume FCL shipments.
  • Ability to conduct performance reviews and drive continuous improvement.
  • Leadership skills with a focus on operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to both work in groups and on projects by oneself.
  • A proactive approach to solve both internal and external challenges.
  • Passion for supply chain IT solutions.

Bonus if you have:

  • Experience in logistics process of FMCG or Retails is preferred.
  • Experience in handling blue chip BCO customer would be advantages.
