Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Frontend Developer role based in Bangkok City, Thailand, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The Frontend Developer will build and maintain user-facing features for PharmCare's web applications, focusing on performance, accessibility, and a seamless user experience.

Core Responsibilities & Tech Stack

• React, Next.js & SSR: Architect robust, high-performance SPA/SSR apps using React, Next.js, and TypeScript while optimizing for Core Web Vitals.
• AI-Powered Workflow: Maximize development velocity by leveraging AI tools (such as Cursor or Claude Code) for efficient coding and refactoring.
• Maintainable Code: Build clean, modular codebases to ensure long-term maintainability.
• Real-time & RTC: Optimize and scale Real-Time Communication (Chat, Voice, Video) features. Expertise in low-latency streaming via WebSockets and SSE is highly valued.
• Stability: Ensure system reliability through automated testing with Jest.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional Front-End experience.
• Portfolio of building robust, high-performance SPA/SSR front ends.
• Expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern CSS.
• High proficiency in AI-assisted coding to optimize delivery and quality.
• Strong ownership and ability to translate business goals into technical solutions.

Bonus Points

• Design Interest: Strong eye for detail and interest in UI/UX design principles to ensure polished user experiences.
• Mobile: Mobile development with React Native.
• Testing: Experience with E2E testing tools such as Robot Framework or Playwright.
• Analytics:Google Analytics (GA4) and tracking implementation.
