Full-Stack Engineer (AI-Native Products / FinTech / Enterprise Solutions, Multiple Opportunities )

We are partnering with multiple tech companies in Singapore that are actively hiring Full-Stack Engineers across AI-native products, financial technology, and enterprise solutions.

Depending on the opportunity, you may build next-generation AI products and Agent workflows, develop secure payment and digital asset platforms, or deliver customer-facing applications that combine software engineering with intelligent automation.

These roles suit engineers who can take ownership across the stack, turn complex requirements into reliable products, and use AI tools as part of their daily engineering workflow.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable full-stack applications, backend services, and RESTful APIs.
• Build modern web interfaces using React, Next.js, Vue, or similar frontend frameworks.
• Develop backend systems using Python, Golang, Java, or TypeScript.
• Take ownership of features from requirements gathering and technical design through deployment and production support.
• Build AI-powered applications, Agent workflows, intelligent automation, or enterprise integrations.
• Develop secure, high-availability systems involving authentication, permissions, asynchronous tasks, caching, messaging, and data processing.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and hands-on full-stack development experience.
• Proficiency in at least one backend language such as Python, Golang, Java, or TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with a modern frontend framework such as React, Next.js, or Vue.
• Strong understanding of API design, databases, authentication, asynchronous processing, and system integration.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL; familiarity with Redis, MongoDB, or vector databases.
• Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools such as Codex, Claude Code and Cursor, or equivalent tools in real engineering workflows.
• Strong ownership, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience building AI products, Agents, Copilots, workflow systems, or intelligent automation solutions.
• Familiarity with Prompt Engineering, Tool Use, Skills, MCP, Agentic Workflows, or Human-in-the-loop systems.
• Experience in payments, banking, digital assets, wallets, KYC, risk, compliance, or other regulated environments.
• Open-source contributions, technical writing, or personal products that demonstrate strong engineering curiosity.
