Work you will do

1. Project Delivery:

In the realm of project delivery, you'll play an integral role within project teams, occasionally assuming leadership responsibilities. Your core duties encompass the comprehensive management of your module, including its seamless integration with external systems and solutions. This entails a spectrum of activities, from dissecting business requirements and system design to configuration, customization, implementation, testing, training, data migration facilitating the Go-live phase, and extending support post-implementation.

2. Collaboration and Client Engagement:

Work closely with stakeholders and clients of all levels, including team members and supervisors, to comprehend their needs and expectations. By actively engaging with clients, you will ensure that the deliverables surpass their expectations.

3. Problem-Solving & User Experience Empathy

Your role involves exploring innovative methodologies to address complex challenges. Your creative problem-solving skills will prove instrumental in developing unique and impactful solutions. Moreover, you will maintain a keen focus on enhancing the user experience, prioritizing the optimization of user interactions and overall usability.

4. Grow into a Leader

Your journey as a leader entail nurturing professional growth and knowledge-sharing initiatives among your colleagues and junior consultants through mentorship and guidance.

5. Participate in Pre-Sales Activities:

You'll collaborate with Presales consultants to assess the viability of proposed solutions. Your role involves scrutinizing effort estimates to ensure alignment with project scope and additional business requisites during the proposal phase. Additionally, you'll occasionally take the lead in presenting proposal and solution approaches within your designated module during pitching sessions.

Qualification

Let us Talk About You

If you are someone with:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher degree

• Excellent knowledge and extensive work experience in any of FI, CO module

• Skilled in requirement gathering, blueprint design, configuration, customization, testing, training, data migration, and maintenance of mentioned modules.

• At least 2 full cycle project implementations/upgrades.

• Has integration knowledge with other SAP modules and third-party systems.

• Has a high understanding of the business processes, standards & regulations, and solutions of related applications relevant to his/her area of responsibility.

• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills in both, Thai and English.

• Nice-to-have: ABAP development knowledge is an advantage (i.e. debugging, simple code creation, etc.)

• Nice-to-have: Possessing a SAP Certificate is a beneficial asset.

• Nice-to-have: Experience with S/4HANA Cloud Transformation is advantageous.

• Nice-to-have: Willingness to explore and adapt to new SAP Solutions, even if it means stepping out of your comfort zone.
