What Makes You a Great Fit
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (Overseas education is a plus)
- Background in Food Science, Food Technology, Bio-Molecular Science, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related fields
- Strong command of English (both written and spoken)
- Entrepreneurial spirit to initiate, innovate, and drive change
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Willing to work across different locations
How You'll Make an Impact
- Develop and launch health-focused food products (e.g., high-protein, functional food) through end-to-end NPD
- Analyze consumer insights and market trends to identify new opportunities and drive portfolio growth
- Plan and execute marketing strategies and business feasibility (cost, ROI, go-to-market)
- Oversee product development, testing, scale-up, and continuously improve performance
