Joymaker Interactive holds the mobile game adaptation rights for the classic Ragnarok Online IP, famous in several regions. We are currently developing a sequel to a popular side-scrolling fighting game, alongside other high-quality mobile titles in the pipeline.

Role Description

1. Able to independently carry out the full process of user research in Thailand: from breaking down business problems to designing research plans, executing them, and producing reports. Must have strong drive and be adept at collaborating with the business to achieve tangible results;

2. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: experience-related research (such as NPS/satisfaction/user experience metrics, etc.), user insights (category mentality, user needs, user personas, etc.), growth-related research (retention/recall/new scene exploration/potential customers/new tracks, etc.), brand research, etc;

3. Good at deep thinking and have a profound understanding of various content in the professional field; strong ability to solve complex problems, structured thinking ability, and analytical skills;

4. Research conclusions should provide strategic and forward-looking data support for the business, contributing to decision-making and directional judgments.Job

Qualifications

1. More than 2 years of experience in internet or gaming user research, familiar with various methodologies for user/market/brand research, clear logic, and strong user insight and systematic thinking abilities;

2. Solid research fundamentals, willing to constantly iterate and deepen methodologies in project practice, forming one's own system of methodologies: skilled in various qualitative and quantitative research methods, with rich experience in exploring business opportunities, NPS, and user needs insights;

3. Passionate about games (experience in more than 2 MMO games), sensitive to people, curious, and willing to continuously challenge oneself;

4. Thai nationals or Chinese people living in Thailand for a long time, with a bachelor's degree or higher, able to communicate in Chinese, those with game user research experience and publishing experience will be prioritized.
