GeBBS - Senior Business Analyst - US Healthcare RCM

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong knowledge of US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Medical Billing (provider). The candidate will work closely with Operations, Product Management, and Technology teams to gather requirements, document business needs, and support the development of healthcare software products.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from Operations, Clients, and Stakeholders.
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and walkthrough meetings.
• Prepare BRD, PRD, User Stories, and Functional Specifications.
• Work closely with Product Managers to define product features and enhancements.
• Act as a bridge between Operations teams and Development teams.
• Clarify business requirements and support developers during implementation.
• Create process flows, use cases, and workflow documentation.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and review meetings.
• Support UAT and validate delivered functionalities.
• Coordinate with QA, Development, Operations, and Leadership teams.
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong experience in US Healthcare RCM, Medical Billing.
• Requirement Gathering and Business Analysis, Impact analysis, Mockups etc.
• BRD, PRD, SRS, User Stories, and Process Flow documentation.
• Understanding of Claims, Denial Management, AR Follow-up, Eligibility, and Prior Authorization, AR workflow, operations daily work.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office, and Visio.
  
  

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  
  

Mandatory Experience

• Minimum 7 years of Business Analysis experience.
• Mandatory experience in US Healthcare.
• Experience in Medical Billing, Medical Coding, or Revenue Cycle Management.
• Experience working with Software Product Development teams.
