General Manager Rocket Fitness

Job: General Manager – Rocket Fitness (2 Branches : Ramkhamhang & Minburi)

POSITION PURPOSE

The General Manager will be responsible for the overall business performance and operations of Rocket Fitness, driving revenue growth, profitability, membership acquisition and retention, service excellence, and member experience. This role will lead and develop the team, build a strong fitness community, and identify new business opportunities to strengthen Rocket Fitness as a leading fitness and lifestyle destination.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Oversee overall business performance, P&L, and Club operations.

- Drive Membership, Personal Training (PT), and Fitness Program sales.

- Lead, coach, and develop the team to achieve KPIs.

- Enhance Member Experience, engagement, and Fitness Community.

- Develop strategic partnerships, campaigns, and new business opportunities.

- Ensure service quality, operational standards, and customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Sports Management, Hospitality, or a related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Fitness, Sports Club, Wellness, Hospitality, Retail, Lifestyle Business, or Service-related industries.

- Proven experience in managing teams and business performance, including sales targets and P&L.
