The General Manager toleads the strategic planning, architectural design, deployment, cybersecurity, and maintenance of all operational and industrial automation systems. This executive bridges the gap between digital systems and physical plant operations, driving automation, IT/OT convergence, uptime, and strict industrial cybersecurity compliance across all facilities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the business unit or organization.
- Ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business.
- Coordinate the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reports.
- Provide direct management of key functional managers and executives in the business unit.
- Ensure the development of tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives.
- Ensure the overall delivery and quality of the unit's offerings to customers.
- Evaluate and decide upon key investments in equipment, infrastructure,
- Communicate strategy and results to the unit's employees.
- Report key results to corporate officers.
- Engage with corporate officers in broader organizational strategic planning.
- Automation Product Group: (PLC, HMI, SCADA, MES, Servo & Motor, Robotics)
- Industrial Network Product Group: (Industrial Switch, Industrial Router/Wi-Fi, OT Cybersecurity)
- New Industrial Product Group: (3D Printer, 3D Software, Drone, Humanoid Robotics, AI Edge System, etc.)

- Degree in Business Management or Masters in Business Administration.
