You've already built something significant — a market, a team, a product, a revenue engine. But you know what it takes to do it again, this time with more autonomy, more upside, and on a global stage.

This is a rare opportunity to build an entire country operation from zero for a rapidly scaling, well-funded AI company expanding across 30+ markets. Operating at the forefront of enterprise technology, the business delivers an agentic AI orchestration platform helping large organisations automate complex, high-value workflows at scale.

Thailand is the next chapter.

As General Manager, you won't inherit a team or pipeline — you'll create both. You'll define the go-to-market strategy, open and close flagship enterprise accounts, and establish the company as a credible force within Thailand's enterprise ecosystem. This is not a regional leadership role with guardrails — it's full ownership of a country P&L, with direct access to regional leadership and the autonomy to execute.

The challenge is significant. Enterprise sales cycles are complex, stakeholders are demanding, and the technology — spanning AI agents, automation, and next-generation platform architectures — requires both commercial sharpness and technical credibility. You'll need to engage C-level buyers, shape large-scale deals, and translate emerging technology into real business outcomes.

But the impact is equally meaningful.

You'll build a market from the ground up — hiring and leading a high-performing local team across sales, delivery, and customer success. You'll shape how leading organisations in Thailand adopt AI, moving from experimentation to real operational transformation. And you'll position yourself at the centre of a company that is scaling aggressively toward global leadership.

This role suits a proven country leader — someone who has already carried P&L responsibility, built enterprise relationships, and knows how to navigate ambiguity. You likely come from a technology or SaaS background, with experience selling complex solutions into large organisations. Just as importantly, you bring a builder mindset: you attract strong talent, create momentum, and turn strategy into execution.
