Job Description

Position Summary

Lead the strategic growth, operational excellence, and profitability of Legend Thailand within the ISO Tank industry. This role is responsible for aligning local business activities with corporate objectives, building and developing a high-performing management team, and strengthening relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders. The position drives effective business planning, people leadership, and performance management to ensure sustainable growth, service excellence, and overall business success.

Key Accountabilities

Office Management based in Thailand

  • Lead and drive the growth and strategic development of Legend Thailand office, based on Legend Integrated logistics business, business needs and market trends.
  • Initiate and lead projects regarding development and change management.
  • Communicate and ensure understanding of the strategic plans including objectives.
  • Manage relationships with all stakeholders, including regional business partners, customers, suppliers and agents.

Business Planning and Development

  • Create and build a profitable and customer-focused Thailand office with a strong management team fully capable of providing good leadership.
  • Build and expand current local and regional client portfolio.
  • Explore and build new client portfolio, locally and regionally.
  • Initiate and develop business opportunities within new or existing markets.
  • Identify potential locations for market opportunities that produce continued growth.
  • Evaluate new office set up, expansion and develop strategies to penetrate in the country.
  • Ensure Thailand office's alignment to corporate strategies in terms of focus on verticals, branding and marketing materials compliance, media strategies.
  • Identify specific local needs and ensure adaptation of regional standards to local needs.

Performance Management

  • Drive and ensure Thailand office achieve the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) on revenue, service quality and profit.
  • Ensure the implementation of detailed business improvement plans to meet or exceed country profit targets.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews of Thailand office and ensure appropriate corrective actions.
  • Manages an effective and balanced portfolio of business and markets to achieve business growth

People and Relationship Management

  • Support and implement programmes and activities for efficient people management, with the regional HR policies.
  • Lead and develop the regional teams to ensure the required people and organizational capability is in place.
  • Ensure there is a culture of employee feedback and engagement.
  • Develop and build a culture of continual personal development.

Compliance and Internal Policies

  • Ensure regional offices compliance with Legend's policies.
  • Ensure operations are conducted in accordance with all legal requirements and external regulations.
  • Collaborate with Legend's legal team to minimize legal exposure.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Achieve the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) on revenue, profit, service quality and safety.
  • Brand awareness in the market.
  • Achieve Overall staff growth in terms of service quality, selling skill, customer management skill, operational knowledge.
  • Measurement of Staff Morale, Happiness and welfare within the company.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in the logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry.
  • Proven experience in senior management, country management or regional leadership roles.
  • Strong business development and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing P&L, operational performance, and market expansion.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong understanding of regional logistics markets and industry trends.
  • Ability to lead multicultural teams and manage cross-border business relationships.
