Generative AI Engineer

Our client is a leading enterprise organization undergoing a significant AI and digital transformation journey. They are looking for a talented AI Engineer to help develop innovative AI applications that enhance business processes, employee productivity, and customer experiences.

This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge Generative AI technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), intelligent search, and cloud-native platforms in a highly collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications leveraging modern Generative AI technologies
• Build intelligent knowledge retrieval and search capabilities using vector databases and retrieval frameworks
• Optimize prompts, workflows, and model interactions to improve performance and user experience
• Collaborate with technology and business stakeholders to identify and deliver high-impact AI use cases
• Evaluate, test, and monitor AI solutions to ensure reliability, quality, and responsible AI practices
• Implement security controls, governance standards, and AI safeguards across applications
• Stay current on emerging AI trends and recommend new technologies and approaches

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, IT or a related discipline
• Have 3-5 years of proven experience in Software Engineering
• Hands-on experience building solutions using LLMs and GenAI technologies
• Strong proficiency in Python and modern backend development frameworks
• Experience with LangChain, FastAPI, or similar AI orchestration frameworks
• Experience integrating AI/ML services and APIs into production environments
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
• Good command of English
