Global Automation Manager

We are currently seeking a Global Automation Manager to lead our global automation strategy, drive standardizations, and scale automated production across our Power Solutions manufacturing footprint worldwide!

Key Responsibilities:

• Global Strategy & Governance: Define and deploy the global automation roadmap, establishing Copy-Exact standards across all global facilities.
• Team Leadership: Lead and develop central automation engineers and site-based engineering teams globally.
• Process Automation Focus: Drive advanced automation solutions across cutting, stripping, crimping, ultrasonic welding, vision inspection, and automated testing.
• Capital Efficiency & ROI: Own project intake, funding prioritization, FAT/SAT validation, and ROI realization.

What We're Looking For:

• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing automation.
• Strong expertise in PLC architecture, robotics (FANUC/ABB/KUKA), machine vision systems, and process validation (FAT/SAT).
• Proven track record of scaling automation and leading technical teams in a global, matrixed organization.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Manufacturing).
• Willingness to travel internationally.
