Role Overview

Leads deployed engineering teams working directly with client business, operations, and technology stakeholders to solve complex industrial problems through AI-enabled solutions. The role combines technical and solution leadership with industrial transformation, client engagement, and value realization

Key Responsibilities

Work with senior client stakeholders to identify high-value operational challenges and translate them into AI-enabled solution opportunities.
Lead solution architecture, engineering, and deployment across AI, data, cloud, and enterprise platforms.
Define technical approaches across AI orchestration, cloud architecture, distributed systems, data pipelines, DevOps, and enterprise integration.
Lead deployed engineering teams from problem discovery and prototyping through production deployment and scale-up.
Apply industrial domain knowledge across manufacturing, maintenance, supply chain, quality, warehouse, and connected operations.
Drive solution adoption, stakeholder alignment, and measurable operational and business outcomes.

What We Are Looking For

Strong experience leading AI, software, data, or platform engineering teams in complex client environments.
Ability to connect business problems, industrial processes, technology architecture, and measurable value.
Strong solution architecture capabilities with sufficient hands-on technical depth to guide engineering decisions and challenge delivery teams.
Experience working with senior business, operations, engineering, and technology stakeholders. Strong understanding of industrial operations and the ability to identify where AI and digital technologies can materially improve performance.
