Your Role

Being actively involved in the end-to-end recruitment process: from candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, relationship management and onboarding
Managing recruitment platforms, keeping track of applicant flows and constantly making improvements to job listings in order to attract the target audience
Working closely with our corporate partners to develop effective recruitment strategies and hire best-fit talents
Research and analyze industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure our talent acquisition efforts remain competitive

Who are we looking for

Diploma / Bachelor's Degree (Open to all discipline)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Creative individuals with the ability to think outside the box
Passionate about talent acquisition and connecting, building meaningful relationship
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
