The Graphic Designer is responsible for ensuring that all the graphic design, layout and artwork including forms, brochures, leaflets, flyers, posters, menu inserts, business cards, online advertising and digital photos are developed, correctly named, and archived with the appropriate reference numbers. High creative and ethical standards are necessary to maintain both competitive advantage and the pride and confidence of our associates, and to provide quality products and services to customers and clients.

This Position Will
- Develop brand templates for hotels, both print & digital formats including ads, hotel collateral, flyers, posters, menus, brochures and business cards.
- Develop all artwork in line with brand standards and guidelines, ensuring consistency across all materials.
- Design and develop layouts and brand guideline documents asper the brief. All artwork must be checked and approved before being presented to the relevant management team for final approval.
- Contribute to branding projects and the development of brand campaign artwork, helping bring creative concepts to life across key marketing initiatives
- Support the Marketing Communications Department through the proofing process prior to production.
- Manage assigned projects to ensure completion by the due dates.
- Maintain digital photos in both low and high resolution, with proper file names, for easy retrieval and future use.
- Maintain accurate records of all updated artwork for future reference.
- Ensure that all graphic artwork files are kept clean and organized at all times.
- Carry out other design tasks as periodically assigned by the Creative Director.
- Present ideas and layouts to the management team in a confident, professional manner.
Key Qualifications And Experience Required.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in graphic design.
- Strong creative skills with a proven track record producing advertisements, corporate branding, and both offline and online promotional materials.
- Ability to manage multiple projects within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite; video editing skills are a plus. Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools (e.g. Adobe Firefly, Gemini, The Brief AI) is an advantage
- Able to work effectively under pressure and manage competing deadlines.
- Strong computer literacy; proficiency on Mac systems is preferred.
- Extensive design portfolio
- Able to communicate in English
- Excellent attention to detail and consistency in brand execution.
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple briefs.
- Collaborative team player who takes direction well and responds constructively to feedback.
- Adaptable and open to learning new design tools and technologies.
- Positive, can-do attitude with a genuine passion for creative excellence.
