Key Responsibilities
1. Website Management & Optimization
- Manage and maintain the company website end-to-end
- Ensure website content is up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with business goals
- Continuously improve website structure, user experience, and conversion flows
- Implement SEO best practices (on-page optimization, internal linking, content structure)
2. Content Planning & Development
- Create and manage a content calendar for blogs, landing pages, and other resources
- Write or coordinate the creation of high-quality blogs, articles, and website content
- Develop and update case studies showcasing client success stories
- Ensure content aligns with SEO strategy and target keywords
3. Social Media & Content Distribution
- Manage and execute social media strategy across relevant platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
- Plan and publish regular posts to drive engagement and traffic
- Repurpose website/blog content into social media formats
- Identify and leverage additional channels for content distribution
4. Competitive Research & Market Insights
- Monitor competitors digital presence, content, and positioning
- Identify gaps, trends, and opportunities in the market
- Recommend improvements to website, content, and messaging based on insights
5. Lead Generation & Campaign Support
- Execute inbound marketing campaigns (content-led, landing pages, email campaigns, etc.)
- Work with management to align campaigns with business objectives
- Support lead generation initiatives through content and digital channels
6. Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Track and analyse website traffic, content performance, and lead metrics
- Use tools like Google Analytics and Search Console to monitor performance
- Provide regular reports and actionable insights for improvement
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or growth marketing
- Strong understanding of SEO (on-page and content-driven SEO)
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)
- Experience in B2B or SaaS marketing
- Knowledge of Local SEO and Google Business Profile
- Exposure to AI-driven search trends (AEO/GEO)
- Experience with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or HubSpot
