Our client is a well-established marketplace in the pharmaceutical industry looking to hire a Marketing Manager to join their team in Gurugram (Hybrid)
This is a high-impact marketing role for someone who can turn strategy into strong execution and measurable business growth. You will lead day-to-day marketing across acquisition, CRM, creative and analytics, while working with internal teams and external partners to build customer engagement and drive performance.
The role demands strong command over performance marketing, customer retention, analytics, experimentation and campaign execution. You will manage a small team and agency partners, work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, and use data-driven insights to test, optimize and scale marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in Marketing, preferably with 3+ years in e-commerce, D2C or marketplace businesses
- Hands-on experience in performance marketing, CRM or marketing analytics
- Strong understanding of key marketing and business metrics, including CAC, ROAS, LTV and conversion
- Experience driving experimentation, A/B testing and marketing optimization
