About the Role

We are seeking a highly accomplished Head of Information Technology (IT) to lead the organization's enterprise technology strategy, digital transformation agenda, and IT operations. This is a critical leadership role responsible for shaping the technology vision, driving business process transformation, and ensuring that technology investments deliver measurable business value.

The successful candidate will bring a strong blend of technical expertise, business acumen, ERP transformation experience, and strategic leadership, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. This role is ideal for a forward-thinking technology leader who is passionate about leveraging technology to enable growth, operational excellence, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Technology Leadership

• Develop and execute the enterprise IT strategy, roadmap, and architecture aligned with organizational objectives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management on technology opportunities, risks, investments, and emerging trends.
• Drive technology innovation and establish a future-ready digital ecosystem that supports sustainable business growth.
• Champion best practices in IT governance, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and technology management.
  
  

Enterprise Applications & ERP Leadership

• Own the enterprise application landscape, including ERP platforms, business systems, and technology integrations.
• Lead ERP transformation initiatives, with strong preference for experience in SAP implementation, enhancement, optimization, and governance.
• Partner with business leaders to streamline and standardize processes across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR, and Operations.
• Ensure enterprise systems effectively support business objectives, operational efficiency, and decision-making.
  
  

Business Transformation & Process Excellence

• Lead enterprise-wide transformation and digitalization initiatives that improve productivity, efficiency, and business performance.
• Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies, automation, AI, analytics, and cloud solutions to deliver competitive advantage.
• Drive business process redesign and change management to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and ways of working.
• Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement across the organization.
  
  

IT Operations & Infrastructure

• Provide oversight and governance of the organization's IT infrastructure, networks, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and end-user services.
• Ensure the delivery of secure, reliable, and high-performing technology services across the enterprise.
• Establish robust business continuity, disaster recovery, cybersecurity, and risk management frameworks.
• Drive operational excellence through service management, performance metrics, and continuous service improvement.
  
  

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT team capable of supporting both strategic initiatives and daily operations.
• Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external technology partners.
• Influence decision-making through effective communication, data-driven insights, and strategic recommendations.
• Promote collaboration between technology and business functions to maximize organizational outcomes.
  
  

Financial & Vendor Management

• Develop and manage the IT budget, technology investments, and resource planning.
• Oversee strategic vendor relationships, technology contracts, and service delivery performance.
• Ensure technology investments are aligned with business priorities and deliver measurable ROI.
  
  

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Master's Degree and/or MBA will be an advantage.
  
  

Experience

• Minimum 15 years of progressive IT leadership experience, including experience leading enterprise-wide technology functions.
• Proven track record managing complex corporate IT environments and enterprise technology programs.
• Demonstrated success leading ERP implementations, upgrades, optimizations, or transformation initiatives, preferably SAP.
• Strong experience driving business process transformation, digital transformation, and organizational change.
• Experience managing enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and IT operations.
• Track record of successfully partnering with senior executives and business leaders to achieve strategic outcomes.
