We are looking for a strategic, proactive, and hands-on Head of AI & Data Analytics who understands business needs and can turn data and AI into practical solutions to drive business transformation.

This role will work closely with Corporate Strategy and Business Transformation as strategic peers to accelerate AI adoption across AssetWise and its diversified businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI and Data Analytics strategies aligned with business goals and growth opportunities.
• Apply AI, Data Science, and predictive analytics to improve business performance and decision-making.
• Identify business challenges and transform them into practical AI-driven solutions.
• Drive AI adoption across Real Estate operations, including Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, and Business Operations.
• Collaborate with Corporate Strategy, Business Transformation, IT, and Business Units to accelerate business transformation.
• Lead the data analytics team and deliver measurable business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, IT, or related fields.
• 8–10+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Intelligence, or AI, including leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, SQL, Python, Power BI, and business analytics.
• Good understanding of Real Estate business operations and the ability to identify opportunities where AI can accelerate business growth and transformation.
• Direct experience in Real Estate / Property Development would be a strong advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, hands-on, commercially minded, and solution-oriented, with the ability to turn ideas into action.
