This role will lead the development of innovation processes, drive successful product launches, and convert market whitespace into growth opportunities. The ideal candidate combines creative marketing vision, entrepreneurial agility, and international expertise to strengthen our innovation growth agenda.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategic global innovation platforms for Thailand and international markets.
- Lead innovation development from concept to finished products.
- Ensure financial feasibility of innovations.
- Work cross-functionally with Product Development, Consumer Research, Sales, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams to deliver market-ready solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or other relevant disciplines.
- 7–8+ years of experience in brand management or marketing, ideally with international market exposure.
- Proven track record of successful innovation launches and strong expertise in product development.
- Exceptional ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with team members and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and deliver successful business outcomes.
- Strategic thinker with creative vision and the ability to drive growth through innovation.
